South Africa: The Taste of Travel


Beef may be a mainstay in the South African diet, but on our travels we enjoy a diverse culinary experience including scallops, shrimp, Cape Malay curries, venison, the spicy dishes of Soweto, stews, local vegetables and a buffet in a game reserve where crocodile can sometimes be on the menu.
